GB silicone products are designed for the following applications:
specialty equipment and EPC services are provided for the manufacture of various kinds of sealants and adhesives, which have been recognized and adopted by many multinationals including Dow Corning (U.S.A), Henkel, Wacker (Germany), Sika(Switzerland), Rhodia(France) and etc .
GB closely follows ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, IATF16949 systems and passed the certification of UL, TUV and other major international certifications.

GB testing lab is accredited by China National Accreditation Services for Conformity Assessment(CNAS), which has mutual recognized testing labs in around 108 countries.
GB have 3 seats on China National Standardization Committee, organized and participated in the establishment of more than 90 international , national and industry standards , obtained 121 invention patents and utility model patents .

Guibao has 2 production bases. Total production capability is 80,000 tons/year.
In 2006, Guibao invested 17 million USD to build the production base I with an area of 47,000 square meters and annual production capability of 30,000 tons per year.

Guibao invested around 110 million USD into the construction of the second base with an area of more than 200,000 square meters and annual capability of 50,000 tons of silicone materials and its supporting prohects.

Based on the research, development, design and production advantages of special equipment for making sealant, in 2009, Guibao and ItalianTurello Company jointly created the world's first vertical production line for silicone sealant with an investment of 10 million USD.
Guibao developed the most advanced integrated intelligent central control system, thus realized the automatic management of formulation and the monitor of the whole production process, and effectively reduced the negative effects on product quality due to human error or equipment failure, and achieved most reliable guarantee of product quality consistancy.

Job site Guidance
1. Technical communication: communication with customers on site, including the application of the related products, the analysis of common problems and how to avoid such problems in the application, methods and recommendations on the use of the products, standard application procedure training etc.
2. Deglazing: Take related construction process inspections, adhesion test and deglazing at the site. Check whether the sealant is used properly to meet the design requirements, whether there is improper application procedure, etc.
3. Regularly verify the quantity of the project and coordinate the delivery progress to ensure that the Guibao sealant have not be replaced by the fake and inferior products.
After-sale service
1. Provide the customer with a legal quality guarantee.
